The deal was orchestrated by Fameco Real Estate of PlymouthMeeting, PA, with that firm's John Fasciano and Dan Shabel actingas brokers, according to company CEO Brandon Famous. Terms of thesale, including price, were not released.

Located on 11 acres at Route 130 South between Rising Sun Avenueand Dunnsmill Road, the property is anchored by a 54,500-sf AcmeSupermarket. Other tenants include Starbucks, Hollywood Tans,Sleepy's, Subway, Supercuts and Wachovia. Acme Commons still has a4,024-sf endcap available for lease, and Pantzer has retainedFameco as the center's leasing agent.
