Adam Allman, of Regent Partners, tells GlobeSt.com that thetotal square footage the company will occupy has not beenfinalized, but it will be in the 20,000-sf to 26,000-sf range. Thecompany will occupy the space in summer 2008. "The primary reasonthey selected this location was access," Allman says. "As brokeragefirm, Staubach realizes the importance of access."

Allman and Jeff Frantz, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented thelandlord. Frank Lyles and Keene Reese, of Staubach, brokered thelease for their company.

3344 Peachtree is a class A, 50-story mixed-use tower beingdeveloped by locally based Regent Partners LLC. It includes 500,000sf of class A office and retail space and an 82-unit condominiumproject that begins on the 28th floor called Sovereign. The projectis located on Peachtree Road in the center of the new PeachtreeBoulevard.
