The program, a presentation of Real Estate Media, drew hundredsof attendees last year and a big crowd is expected for this year'sevent. Gregg Christensen, associate publisher of Real EstateForum, a Real Estate Media publication, will provide welcomingremarks to be followed by James Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes/iCapRealty Advisors LLC of White Plains who will give the keynoteaddress on "Finding Clarity in the Capital Markets."

A Town Hall Meeting will follow moderated by John Goodkind,managing principal of Newmark Knight Frank, which will delve into"The State of the Westchester County Market." Panelists for thatprogram include: Frank Kenny, CEO of the Willett Cos. LLC; GregRand, managing partner of Prudential Rand Realty; and JosephSimone, president, Simone Development Co. LLC.Following the TownHall Meeting, attendees will have the option of two sessions, oneon the leasing and investment climate, and the other on the debtand equity side of the business. Cory Gubner, president and CEO ofGVA Williams Connecticut, will moderate "The Prospects for Leasing,Investment & Development in the Westchester Office Market."Panelists for that session will include: Bruce Berg, EVP, CappelliEnterprises Inc.; Brian Carcaterra, director, Newmark Knight Frank;Joe Caruso, SVP, RexCorp Realty; and Jeff Warner, VP-leasing,Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
