Real Estate Media decidedto launch a separate conference for Northern Virginia because ofthe market's unique strengths that delineate it from the Districtand Maryland. The event will be launched by a discussion of the state ofNorthern Virginia's market in 2008, to be moderated by SpencerStouffer, managing director at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.Panelists will include Jim Lee, president & COO of Opus East;Mark Levy, VP and market officer for ProLogis; Jeff Neal, principalof Monument Realty; and Herb Mansinne, managing director at JonesLang LaSalle.
