According to Dan Vittone, also a senior vice president with VoitCommercial in Irvine, Mammoth Cypress II is a part of acontemporary master-planned business development.The office complexforms a campus-like environment with nearby restaurants,quick-service eateries, hotels and business supply stores.

The buildings were constructed in 1990, with the exception of5796 Corporate Ave., which was built in 1988. The West OrangeCounty location of the project provides immediate access toInterstates 5 and 405, the Garden Grove (22) Freeway and theRiverside (91) Freeway, the Voit brokers note.
