The property is being marketed for either full-buildingoccupancy, or multi-tenant use, according to Eric Maurer, Eastman'sdirector of leasing. The four-wing configuration makes it highlyfunctional for multi-tenant use; however, and Eastman would alsoconsider subdividing it to 30,000-sf, single-floor usage within theindividual wings, Maurer says.
