The shopping center, which originally opened in 1968 as a singlelevel regional center, has since grown through remodeling andexpansion to include more than 200 retailers. The latest renovationwill include improvements to the food court, the center court andthe overall interior of the mall.

The remodeling of the 134,000-sf Nordstrom store is scheduled tobegin in February and to be complete in October. It will includenew tile, the updating of dressing rooms, new fixtures and updatedlighting, new entrance doors and new exterior landscaping as wellas a remodeling its café.

Changes to the food court will be designed to convert it into"an upscale dining experience." Other changes at the shoppingcenter will include new family restrooms, new seating areas and anew play area.
