Beaudette is the incoming national chairman of the NationalAssociation of Industrial and Office Properties, and a director andpast president of Naiop's Southern California chapter. He also is adirector of the University of California at Irvine's Real EstateAdvisory Council.

A long-time executive with CB Richard Ellis, Beaudette was mostrecently an SVP of Lowe Advisory Services, which is affiliated withNewport beach, CA-based Lowe Enterprises Real Estate GroupServices. Prior to Lowe, Beaudette founded eSpace Direct, aweb-based business designed to service the real estate activitiesof the Fortune 500 companies in streamlining their abilityto track and manage their real estate assets.

At CBRE, Beaudette oversaw all activities of the company'sSouthern California investment management and marketing team. Asthe division's SVP and managing officer, he held positions in thePension Advisory Group and Brokerage profit centers. For Harsch,Beaudette will coordinate the activities of the company's sixregional managers, and will report directly to companypresident/CEO Jordan Schnitzer.
