The Park Clesud is adjacent and accessible to train shipments,and close to the A54, A9, A7 and A8 freeways. ProLogis leased athird space at Park Clesud to ID Logistics in 2004 for 282,273square feet for a total of 807,456 square feet for that company.Other distributors Dentressangle, SLS, Dinadis and Intermarche'hold space in the complex, as well.
