"Both CEVA and Ecolab are at the forefront of their respectiveindustry sectors," says Todd Parker, Oakmont senior associate, whoworked for the past year on the lease with Tom Cobb, senior vicepresident of development. "These two companies execute business allover the world and we are delighted to add them to our tenantroster in Atlanta."

Cobb adds that Ecolab was already an Oakmont tenant when itmoved into its existing facility in 2003. "We are always pleasedwhen we can expand relationships with satisfied customers," hesays.

Oakmont's 125 Southside Court is a 322,560-square-foot frontloadfacility that opened in 2001. The building features 30-foot clearheights and 265 feet of concrete truck courts with massive trailerstorage capacity, and is expandable by 122,880 square feet.
