The building's location is referred to as the "Five Corners,"which marks the center of Perth Amboy's business district at theintersection of Smith Street, New Brunswick Avenue and StateStreet. The building offers office suites ranging from 214 squarefeet to full floors of 7,920 square feet.

"The building is centrally situated near major highways witheasy access to NJ Transit and downtown parking," Krinsky says,adding that it's located three blocks from Perth Amboy's waterfrontand Harbor Town, which features recently constructed residentialand retail units.
