The 300,000-square-foot tower on Okeechobee Blvd. in downtownWest Palm Beach, which opened in spring 2008, is now 85% leased.The firm will occupy 20,000 square feet on the 16th floor, and willmove to the new location in May.

Young, partner-In-charge of Edwards Angell Palmer &Dodge's Florida offices, in a press release. "We appreciate whatCityPlace Tower has to offer and feel that it is the best place forthe firm."

Some smaller offices from 1,500 square feet to 5,000 square feetare still available, but the addition of Edwards Angell completesthe anchor leasing, Related said. Other tenants at the building,part of the CityPlace mixed-use complex, include institutionalmoney management firm INTECH; the Cleveland Clinic in Florida; lawfirms Carlton Fields, P.A., Shutts & Bowen LLP and Novak Druce+ Quigg; and financial firms Regions Financial Corp., ComVestGroup, JBHanauer & Co. and Raymond James & Associates,among others.
