The new facility houses 80 employees,12,000 SKUs as well as an area to assemble and package parts.

Greg Rogerson, a principal at Petrucci, reports that thebuilding features approximately 15,000 square feet of office,36-foot clear ceiling heights, 55-foot column spacing and an ESFRsprinkler system. CRP was represented by Robert Bull, executivemanaging director in Studley Inc.'s Central New Jersey office, andGeorge Molloy, formerly senior managing director with Studley.
