Colleen McShane, group conference manager for the RealShareseries of events, tells GlobeSt.com that the RealShare OrangeCounty agenda this year "has been trimmed down to focus on the maintopics that are of interest for Orange County." Distressed assetsare expected to be a theme running throughout the conference, whichwill include a special presentation on marketing distressedproperties.
McShane points out that with the changes in the market due tothe recession, the sessions at this year's RealShare Orange Countywill focus on the best strategies for today's conditions. Theoffice market panel, for example, will focus on asset management,property management and other related topics.
