According to company vice president Dan Delforge, the entiretwo-building renovation will be completed by August 2010. He tellsGlobeSt.com that in addition to building out four floors in one ofthe buildings, which will be used as the Willowchase Campus, therenovation also includes an upgrade of miscellaneous common areasto the adjacent building, and code upgrades to both structures. Thebuildings will also be used for administrative purposes. KirkseyArchitecture and VLK Architects are providing the architecturalservices.

"The buildings are in great shape," Deforge adds. "They wereoccupied by Compaq (which was bought out by Hewlett-Packard) untillast year. Other than having to add stairwells due to increasedoccupancy, there isn't much more going on."
