CBRE's Global Corporate Services group provides transaction,facilities and project management and strategic consulting servicesto major occupiers around the world. In her role as the head ofGCS, Ehrenberg will lead the group in assisting CBRE's corporate,healthcare and public sector clients who seek change in managingtheir facilities and related functions as a means to streamlineoperations and reduce operating expenses.

Ehrenberg previously led the Global Client Services business forGrubb & Ellis, which included property and facility management,transaction management, project management, lease administrationand strategic consulting services. William Concannon, president ofGlobal Corporate Services for CBRE, says that facilities managementis a highly successful service line for the company and that CBREexpects the service line will "grow more quickly under Maureen'sleadership."

According to Karen Ellzey, executive managing director and headof strategic consulting for CBRE, Ehrenberg's appointment comes ata time when the Los Angeles-based company's corporate clients "arelooking for every advantage." She says that Ehrenberg brings acombination of technical and strategic expertise that "will enableus to develop the next generation of solutions for our facilitiesmanagement clients.
