TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Serviceshas closed the sale of a hotel in Georgia. A financial institutionhas sold the Country Inn & Suites, an interior-corridor hotelconsisting of 51 rooms at 5970 Jimmy Carter Blvd. in Norcross, foran amount of $1,365,000.
