LOS ANGELES-The city of Los Angeles has finally sold a 21-acresite at 2425 E. Washington Blvd. to Genton Property Group, a realestate investment firm based in Culver City, for $15.4 million.After three failed attempts, the city has sold the parcel of landto a developer.

Genton Property Group has plans to construct a $90-millionindustrial building measuring 500,000 square feet on the parcel.The property is situated south of the Santa Monica (10)Freeway.For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
