SANTA ANA, CA-CarVal Investors LLC and Alliance Commercial Partners have purchased 2001 E. Dyer Road, an industrial building measuring 366,000 square feet in Santa Ana, for an amount of $23.1 million. The warehouse/headquarters facility was purchased from a lender’s receivership.

The industrial building has 11 drive-in doors and 31 loading doors as well as a 50,000-square-foot headquarters space. Taylor Grant controlled the receivership for the facility that once housed the operations of GT Bicycles.For the full story, go to Orange County Register.
