PHILADELPHIA-Trenton China Pottery has sold its propertiessituated at Arch and 2nd streets in Old City, Philadelphia, to agroup of unidentified local investors for $1.4 million. Thenine-building properties, which extend from 127-37 Arch St. to101-107 N. 2nd St., total 55,000 square feet.

The investors are planning to convert the properties into a mixof retail on the street-level floor and residential units on thetop-floor space. Mallin Panchelli Nadel handled the deal along withColdwell Banker.For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal.
