ARLINGTON, TX-One Oak Over the Line LLC, an investment groupbased in Arlington, has acquired Arlington Oaks Office Park, a13-building, 94,130-square-foot office complex at 208 Billings St.in Arlington. The office park is situated on eight-and-a-half acresof land.
The acquisition also included four acres of land beside thecomplex for further development. David Tuttle with North RichlandHills-based Tuttle Commercial represented the buyer, while RonHebert with Marcus & Millichap represented Houston-based KTAOPartners Ltd., the seller, in the deal.For the full story, go toDallas Business Journal.
