HENDERSON, CO-A real estate investment trust has purchased amultifamily property in Denver. IRT Belle Creek Apartments ColoradoLLC has acquired the Belle Creek Apartments, a multifamily complexconsisting of 161 units at 9458 Long Peak Drive in Henderson.
The REIT has purchased the apartment complex, constructed in2002, for an amount of $14.1 million. Chicago-based JupiterCommunities is managing the complex. The deal was closed on April29.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
