MILWAUKEE-Two projects have been proposed for renovating thehistoric Loyalty Building on North Broadway in downtown Milwaukeeinto a new hotel and make space for Downtown Books. Rosemont,Illinois-based First Hospitality Group Inc. bought the LoyaltyBuilding situated on the northwest corner of East Michigan Streetand Broadway in March with plans to turn the building into a128-room hotel.
