MIAMI-1450 Brickell/One Broadway just inked three new restaurantleases. Brickell Deli, Dominique’s Bistro, and a new dining conceptfrom the team behind Miami Beach’s AltaMare will open at the classA office and multifamily residential complex in the monthsahead.

Tere Blanca and Danet Linaresof Blanca Commercial Real Estate representedlandlords 1450 Brickell Park Place at Brickell in the transactions.Financial terms were not disclosed.
