NEW YORK CITY-1285 Ave. of the Americas, jointly owned by AXAEquitable Life Insurance Co. and institutional investors, has beenrefinanced for $372 million. Among others, the building is home tothe law firm Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP andUBS, which as GlobeSt.com previouslyreported is considering moving its Stamford, CTinvestment bank arm to the redeveloped World Trade Center site.

The refinancing was via a 10-year fixed rate loan with MetLifeReal Estate Investments. Holliday Fenoglio Fowlersenior directors Whitney Wilcox and MikeTepedino represented the borrower.

HFF declined to comment to GlobeSt.com about the deal outside ofa news release it provided.
