NEW YORK CITY-1285 Ave. of the Americas, jointly owned by AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. and institutional investors, has been refinanced for $372 million. Among others, the building is home to the law firm Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and UBS, which as previously reported is considering moving its Stamford, CT investment bank arm to the redeveloped World Trade Center site.

The refinancing was via a 10-year fixed rate loan with MetLife Real Estate Investments. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler senior directors Whitney Wilcox and Mike Tepedino represented the borrower.
