NEW YORK CITY-The New York Blood Center has completed twoseparate lease deals in Union Square and near Grand CentralTerminal. The nonprofit has renewed its lease for 2,700 square feetof office space at 853 Broadway in Union Square for five years.
Last summer, the nonprofit subleased 25,858 square feet of spaceat 125 Park Avenue near Grand Central for its headquarters. CassidyTurley negotiated both leases on behalf of the center. For thefull story, go to New York Observer .
