DALLAS-Rosewood Corp. and Maritz, Wolff & Co. has soldRosewood Crescent Hotel and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in a$570 million deal, which includes the sale of three other assets,to the family of Hong Kong investor Cheng Yu-tung. New WorldHospitality purchased Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, whichadministered the two hotels, for $229.5 million.
