BOSTON-Quiet Logistics has leased 200,000 square feet at theDevens Industrial Park at 66 Saratoga Boulevard from Boston-basedCrossHarbor Capital Partners. The Devens industrial propertymeasures 411,000 square feet.
CrossHarbor purchased the industrial site in February 2007 fromIntercontinental Real Estate Corp. for $24 million. KlemmerAssociates' Tim Brodigan and Greg Klemmer represented the tenant,while Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' James Lipscomb, JohnLashar and Paul Leone represented the owner in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
