WASHINGTON, DC-A partnership between Four Points LLC, a DCdeveloper, and District-based Curtis Properties Inc. is finalizingplans to redevelop an existing industrial building in Anacostia.The Washington Post reported that the partnership will transformthe industrial property at 2235 Shannon Place SE into an87,000-square-foot office structure.
