MIAMI-A group of lenders headed by HSBC has sold over 20,000square feet of retail as well as some parking spaces at IconBrickell, a 1,800-unit tower in Miami, for $6.25 million. The buyerwas not identified, however, Fortune International Realty's FabioFaerman say that the buyer was a businessman from Hong Kong.
The buyer paid $2.6 million and $3.2 million for 10,750 squarefeet and 11,071 square feet, respectively. The buyer also paid fora 25-space parking lot. Fortune handled the deal. For the fullstory, go to South Florida Business Journal .
