ATLANTA-Irving, Texas-based JLB Partners LP and SanAntonio-based USAA Real Estate Co. have created a joint venture toconstruct a new Class A residential community in Atlanta. The newmultifamily community will be called Buckhead Village.
Buckhead Village will be constructed in the Buckheadneighborhood and will have four- and five-story buildingscontaining 373 units.
