BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Regency Centers has added Publix Super Marketsas the anchor tenant of Boynton Lakes Plaza, a neighborhood centerspanning 117,000 square feet at 4740 N. Congress Ave. in BoyntonBeach. Publix is moving from a 39,000-square-foot store to a newprototype store measuring 45,600 square feet in the center.
Publix will move to the center and occupy an old Winn-Dixie sitein late summer 2012. The center was constructed in 1994 and Regencypurchased it in 1997. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
