DALLAS-An apartment property development firm led by TomBakewell and Doug Chesnut, the previous Gables Residentialexecutives, has purchased a two-building office property at Bowenand Carlisle streets in Uptown Dallas on a locality where it isplanning to build a 16-story apartment complex. The apartment towerwill contain nearly 300 units.
