TAMPA, FL-Blue Rock Partners LLC of Tampa has acquired MarbrisaApartments, an apartment complex consisting of 224 units at 4949Marbrisa Dr. in the Carrollwood section of Tampa. The apartmentproperty changed hands for $15.5 million.
