HOUSTON-Sovran Self Storage Inc. has purchased 22 self-storagefacilities in Texas for a total price of $111 million. Theproperties include 18 in Houston, 1 in Dallas-Fort Worth and 3 inAustin. The company used the proceeds of its operating cash flowand line of credit to fund the purchase of the1.3-million-square-foot self-storage facilities, which will berebranded under its trade name of Uncle Bob's Self Storage.
