EWING, NJ- With New Jersey Governor ChrisChristie and Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno inattendance, the Opus Group and Church & Dwight Co. broke groundon the latter’s new 250,000-square-foot corporate headquarterscampus near Pennington Road and Interstate 95 here. Opus willdesign and build the campus, which will allow Church & Dwightto relocate from Princeton Borough and consolidate its offices.

The project will consist of two 125,000-square-foot Class A,energy-efficient office buildings to be designed and constructedwith sustainable practices and elements. The buildings will beconnected to allow for engagement and interaction. The buildingsare expected to be complete by the end of 2012.
