BUFFALO GROVE, IL-A venture headed by Greg Moyer, aChicago-based multifamily investor, has purchased all units atBuffalo Creek Apartments, a 154-unit property located at 70 S.Buffalo Grove Road. The venture has bought 148 unsold condominiumsfrom the lender BMO Harris Bank for $10.7 million and remaining 6condominiums from the developer for $730,000.
