WOODLAND HILLS, CA-The City Planning Commission has approved aprojected $450-million mixed-use development in Woodland Hills. TheVillage at Westfield Topanga will contain 1 million squarefeet.

Westfield's development plan was approved in a meeting onThursday. The project will comprise a 275-room hotel, restaurants,retail shops, a community cultural center and office space.
