In fact, we have only spoken to a few people who aren't bullishabout the continent. Franck Verschelle, at thefirm Advantail, is building a Chelsea Factory Outlet-sizeddevelopment near Versailles. KahalaCorp., the owners of Blimpie andColdstone Creamery, are looking for internationalsites.
