OAKLAND, CA-CallSocket, an Oakland-based international callcenter services company has seized Tribune Tower, a 21-storybuilding in Oakland. The company is planning to improve the90,000-square-foot building and establish a 300-person officethere.
Lori Bluett with Bluett & Associates marketed the tower for$7 million on behalf of lender ING Direct. The property, located at409 13th St., was nearly 20% occupied at closing.
