DALLAS-M-M Properties and Invesco Real Estate of Dallas havepurchased The Plaza of the Americas, an office and retail complexin downtown Dallas. According to the Dallas Morning News report,the approximated price tag of the property is close to $100million.
The 1.2 million-square-foot property, constructed in 1980,comprises a 13-story retail atrium, a Marriott Hotel, two 25-storyoffice towers and a 12-story parking structure. The hotel was notpart of the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
