DENVER-Granite Properties has recently acquired two officebuildings in Denver and Dallas. The company bought Plaza Tower One,a 468,885-square-foot property in Denver's Greenwood Plazasubmarket.
The 22-story LEED Gold certified building was sold by ClarionPartners. In the second deal, Granite bought Cedar Maple Plaza, a120,000-square-foot property in Uptown Dallas, from EOP/Blackstone.Plaza Tower One is currently 88% occupied and Cedar Maple Plaza is93% occupied.
