DALLAS-Ronald D. Addison joined MadisonTitle Agency as director of Texas operations and statecounsel. Addison, who will operate out of the agency’s Dallasoffice, will be responsible for managing the southwest clientportfolio, as well as developing and expanding services forcommercial real estate property acquisitions, development andmanagement.

Madison Title Agency is affiliated with MadisonCommercial Real Estate Services (MCRES), which isheadquartered in Lakewood, NJ. “Bringing onboard an attorney withRon Addison’s strengths reflects our continued growth in the realestate market in Texas and throughout the region,” saidJoseph I. Addison joins Madison Title from a private law practice hefounded in 2006. Prior to 2006, Addison was vice president andassociate counsel at Stewart Title North TexasInc., where he provided legal expertise and interpretedcase law, legislation, and Department of Insurance rules,regulations and bulletins. Addison earned his bachelor’s degreefrom the University of Texas at Arlington, andreceived his JD from Texas Tech University School ofLaw. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texasand the U.S. District Court, North District ofTexas.
