ENCINO, CA-Positive hiring trends nationwide continued inFebruary, which is expected to fuel continued, albeit limited,improvement to the national office sector, the creation of newrental households, an increase in retail spending and stimulationof warehouse demand, according to Marcus &Millichap’s Research Brief blog.Employers added workers for the 17th consecutive month,and strong private-sector job growth is propelling the recovery,encouraging workers to enter the labor force, while the prolongedgovernment employment contraction appears to be coming to an end,the report says.

However, economic experts are cautiously optimistic about jobgrowth indicating national economic recovery due to mixed news onthe global front: while the recent restructuring of Greek debttemporarily eased concerns about the European economy, continuedtensions in the Middle East have reinforced lingering uncertaintyamong economists.
