NEW YORK CITY- An exclusive story by the New York Post thismorning claims that the planned 200,000-square-foot lease byChadbourne & Parke at One World TradeCenter will not happen. The law firm has informed theowners of the building that it will not move to the newthree-million-square-foot tower, according to the article.

Chadbourne is supposed to leave 300,000 square feet it currentlyoccupied at 30 Rockefeller Plaza by 2014. Deloitteis moving into the space.
