ESSEN, GERMANY-A joint venture between HOCHTIEFProjektentwicklung and Bauwens Development has sold an officestructure in the 'grune Mitte' (green center) University districtin Essen. Hannover Leasing has bought the 155,000-square-footbuilding for a closed real estate fund.
AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, a health insurer, had leased the entirespace to house its regional headquarters even before startingconstruction.
