NEW YORK CITY-Blakes, a Canadian-based law firm, has renewed itslease and relocated in Tower 56, an office building located at 126East 56th Street, between Park and LexingtonAvenues, Cushman & Wakefield unveiled ina statement. The Midtown Manhattan building recently completed acapital improvement and renovation program, which features a newlobby and elevators.
The law firm will renew its lease and relocate from the 8thfloor to the entire 17th floor for a total of 5,618 squarefeet.
C&W, led by Harry F. Blair and SeanKearns are exclusive leasing agents on the building andrepresented the owner, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners in thetransaction. Randy Abend of Jones LangLaSalle represented the tenant.
