BERLIN-Benson Elliot Capital Management has exchanged agreementswith Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company PLC subsidiaries topurchase the TOR residential portfolio for Benson Elliot RealEstate Partners III. The deal includes the acquisition of more than3,000 residential and commercial units in 80 assets in the primemetropolitan areas of Germany.

Three quarters of the TOR portfolio assets are situated inBerlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. The propertiesmeasuring just above 2,475,699 square feet are situated in Berlin.For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
