HOUSTON-Three tenants in office space at EldridgePlace have renewed their leases, with the commercial realestate transactions totaling 72,969 square feet. SungardVericenter Inc. renewed its 46,142-square-foot officespace at the 280,322-square-foot Two EldridgePlace, as did Turn Key Specialists Inc.,which remains in its 6,260-square-foot space in the samebuilding.

At the 239,417-square-foot One Eldridge Place, MarubeniOffshore Production Inc. renewed its 15,088 square footlease and expanded by an additional 5,479 square feet. DrewMorris of Studley represented Sungard andLucian Bukowski of Jones LangLaSalle represented Marubeni. CBRE’s John Pruitt,Kristen Rabel and Jessica Ochoarepresented Behringer Harvard, the property ownerand asset manager, in all transactions.

One and Two Eldridge Place were built in the 1980s, andBehringer Harvard Reit I Inc. acquired the class A buildings at 757-777 N. EldridgePkwy. in 2006. The REIT broke ground in early 2008 on 303,000-square-footThree Eldridge Place, which delivered in 2009. In2011, BP Plc became the sole tenant of Three EldridgePlace.
