ORLANDO-An apartment developer and operator based in Houston haspurchased 15.5 acres of land in Waterford Lakes from JLS East LLCfor $4.5 million. Camden Property Trust's affiliated Fund WaterfordLakes LLC acquired the site on the northwest corner of WoodburyRoad and Waterford Lakes Parkway on March 22.

Camden Property Trust has plans to construct 308 apartments onthe vacant parcel. The new complex will be known as CamdenWaterford Lakes. Construction is expected to start by the end ofthis year. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
